On-Line Returns Policy

On-line sales and returns during the Temporary Closure Jan 2021

We will be unable to process returns during the current lockdown. If you are would like to return any on-line purchase, please only send back once the shop has re-opened in the New Year 2021.

For items purchased on or after 31st Dec 2020, you will have the right to return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the store re-opening, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.

 

On-line returns policy

We are confident that you will love your Hancocks purchase, but should a customer change their minds about their on-line purchase, they have the right to return their items for a refund within 14 days of receipt, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of dispatch, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.

The cost of returning and insuring the goods in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to offer a refund if goods have been damaged in transit. In this instance, refunds are issued in accordance with the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If your purchases are damaged, you should contact Hancocks Jewellers via phone 0161 834 4512 or email [email protected], describing the extent of the damage.

Customers will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed. If you have not received your items within 28 days of the date of dispatch, you should contact us within a further 7 days.
