You will have the right to return the item for a refund within 14 days of the store re-opening, and exchanges within 30 days from this date, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.

On-line returns policy
We are confident that you will love your Hancocks purchase, but should a customer change their minds about their on-line purchase, they have the right to return their items for a refund within 14 days of receipt, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of dispatch, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.
The cost of returning and insuring the goods in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to offer a refund if goods have been damaged in transit. In this instance, refunds are issued in accordance with the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Customers will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed. If you have not received your items within 28 days of the date of dispatch, you should contact us within a further 7 days.
