Can I take my jewellery home the same day?

In most cases, yes. The jewellery you see in our King Street store is the jewellery you take home with you. Wedding rings are the exception. They are made to order and we hold only one size of each design in store, so those are made up in your size before you collect them.

Can I book an appointment before I visit?

You can. An appointment gives you unhurried time with one of our team, a seat, and a cup of tea or a glass of fizz while you look. Call us on 0161 834 4512 or use our contact form and we will find a time that suits you.

What are your delivery and returns terms?

UK delivery is free and orders are dispatched the next working day. If something is not right, you can return an online order for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, or exchange it within 30 days of dispatch, as long as it comes back to us in its original condition.

How do I find the right ring size?

Come and see us on King Street and we will measure your finger, with no charge and no obligation. If you would rather work it out at home, our ring size guide takes you through it. Should a ring need adjusting once it is yours, we can arrange resizing.

What is Hancocks' sizing policy for wedding bands?

Most of our rings are individual pieces, available in store and ready to purchase. As we usually hold just one of each design, the ring you love may not be in your exact size. If this is the case, we will measure your finger in store, free of charge, and if needed, we can arrange for a ring to be made in the correct size for you. If your ring ever needs adjusting later, we can also arrange resizing.

Do you offer engraving on wedding bands?

We do. The inside of the band can carry a name, a date or a few words of your own. Some of our bands can also be set with a hidden diamond on the inside, seen only by the person wearing it.

What wedding band style is right for me?

There is plenty to choose between, from a plain polished band to a diamond set one. All of our wedding bands are made to sit flush against our engagement rings, so they lie comfortably together. Have a look through the range below.
