We offer next day delivery for purchases Monday to Thursday, the sale would have to be processed before 3.00pm to guarantee delivery.

We don’t post out on a Friday or Saturday and were not here Sunday, so any sales would go out on Monday.

Good news! All the jewellery on our website is in stock and ready to be sent out straight away. Every piece you see is beautifully mounted and created with GIA certified stones as described. You’re welcome to pop into our store to see them in person before purchasing, or if you prefer to buy online, we can send them out  same day, Monday to Thursday as outlined in our delivery information.

For rings, if the finger size isn’t quite right, we might need a little time to alter or remake it for you. Of course, we’ll discuss all of this with you when you’re ready to buy.

Most rings (except Georg Jensen) can be altered 3 sizes either way in approximately 7 days.
 
Should a ring need to be altered more than this, then in order to maintain the design an look of the ring we will usually take the stones out of the original setting and re make the ring. This can take anything from 3-5 weeks depending on the designer.
 
Georg Jensen rings can’t be resized.
 
A full diamond set band can not be altered and would need to be re-made in the desired size, which can take 3-5 weeks.
