On-line Shopping

You can continue to shop online or by e-mail and we will endeavour to dispatch goods with in 7 days. All purchases made through our website will be dispatched by Royal Mail’s tracked special delivery.

Collect in Store

Customers can also prepay and collect in store by arrangement. This can be done by selecting the Collect in Store option and we will contact you by e-mail to arrange a convenient collection time and date.

What to Bring with you on Collection

Only the person whose name is on the order will be able to collect the item and you will need to bring the following documents with you:

  1. Your order email – digital or printed
  2. The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
  3. Photo ID – Either a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card

Unfortunately Collect in Store is not available on PayPal purchase, as these orders must be delivered to the billing address.

Couriered Home Delivery

For certain jewellery purchase it may be possible to arrange a couriered home delivery for orders within our local area. Please contact us directly to discuss this.

On-line sales and returns during the Temporary Closure Nov 2020

We will be unable to process returns during the current lockdown. If you are would like to return any on-line purchase, please only send back once the shop has re opened in Dec.

You will have the right to return the item for a refund within 14 days of the store re-opening, and exchanges within 30 days from this date, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.
