You can continue to shop online or by e-mail and we will endeavour to dispatch goods with in 7-10 days. All purchases made through our website will be dispatched by Royal Mail’s tracked special delivery.
For certain jewellery purchase it may be possible to arrange a couriered home delivery for orders within our local area. Please contact us directly to discuss this.
We will be unable to process returns during the current lockdown. If you are would like to return any on-line purchase, please only send back once the shop has re opened in the New Year.
You will have the right to return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the store re-opening, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.
