Should customers change their minds about their purchase, they have the right to return their items within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are returned to Hancocks Jewellers in their original received condition.
The cost of returning and insuring the goods in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to offer a refund if goods have been damaged in transit. In this instance, refunds are issued in accordance with the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If your purchases are damaged, you should contact Hancocks Jewellers via phone or in writing, describing the extent of the damage.
Customers will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed. If you have not received your items within 28 days of the date of dispatch, you should contact us within a further 7 days.
