All of our online sales will have the same care and consideration that every customer would find when visiting our showroom. Hancocks will still offer the same aftercare services that include Diamond setting checks to make sure that no accidents have occurred that could risk the diamond being damaged or even lost, Diamond cleaning to give the diamond the just out of the shop window look. A diamond of a Hancocks quality will always have that magical sparkle deep within its self. Hancocks dedicated staff are available 6 days a week to assist in maintaining your diamond set jewellery at the showroom and are contactable 7 days a week 364 days a year by email these services are a little part of what has helped make Hancocks the well respected jewellers it is today.
